Desert Oasis High School provides education students with support across the full continuum of student services. The Student Support Services Department offers required courses in English, mathematics, science, health, and social studies. While most Individualized Program classes follow course descriptions similar to core content classes, instruction is tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). In addition, co-taught core content classes are available, where a special education teacher works alongside the general education teacher as part of the classroom teaching team. This collaborative model is designed to support students eligible for special education whose IEPs include placement in regular education settings, ensuring access to grade-level curriculum with appropriate services and support.
