The complaint or grievance will be investigated by Desert Oasis High School, and/or another party designated by the school district. Upon receipt of your email the investigator will provide effective communication of information you are unable to access due to a barrier. The procedures to be followed are:
- An investigation of the complaint shall be completed in a timely manner, communicated with person submitting the compliant, and/or measures to remedy the situation will be implemented.
